This week we hosted researchers Damien and Hubert from CEA Cadarache. Together, we performed calorimetric measurements to observe how different materials heat up due to radiation in the central irradiation channel at different reactor power levels. Such measurements have not previously been carried out at our reactor, and the results will be valuable for our future research work.
