For several months, normal life has been disrupted due to measures preventing the spread of COVID-19. At the TRIGA reactor, we were forced to cancel all group tours of our laboratory, including school visits. Every year, nearly 1,500 Slovenian pupils visit us. To ensure that this year’s generation would not miss the opportunity to see the research reactor, our staff produced an engaging video presentation. Viewers are guided through the control room to the reactor platform, where they can observe the reactor operating at full power. This is followed by a tour of the Hot Cells Facility, where operators can safely handle radioactive materials.
